In response to requests, we have started a new group for grownups!
If you have a passion for Theatre and would like to try the sort of performance that most groups don`t do (classics, experimental, esoteric or devised) please get in touch.
Amateurs and professionals welcome.

Come to Upstairs at the Utopia Cafe (beside the Royals)
alternate Mondays, 7-8.30
£2 per person to cover venue costs.
All welcome - sorry no under 17s.

 

LEIGH YOUTH THEATRE...at Blenheim
Tuesdays, 5-6.30 at Blenheim School, Leigh on Sea
for ages 7-15. Fees £12 per half term

LYT has a grant from Awards for All to run a drama project on oral history. Children will begin rehearsals for a performance showing activities at a community centre over 40 years - from Wartime dances to an 80`s Disco. The show will be performed over 3 days in 2009
New members welcome
Fees are £24 per term, or £2.50 for a trial session
Please will children wear black tops (no logos) and plain dark trousers, and soft-soled footwear.
The group has professional tutors and aims to help children gains performance and social skills as well as fostering confidsence and self-esteem. It`s also great fun!

The Summer of Love
Saturday Mornings, 11.45-1.15 at the Arts Centre, St Bernards High School, Westcliff.
For ages 11-16. £35 per term (trial session free)

Join us for a look at the events of 1968, when young people believed they could change the world. Includes flares, beads and great music.
