Mystery at the Manor

DETAILS : This is a 2-day workshop with an interactive presentation at the end.. It runs 10.30 am-3.30 pm on Oct. 27 and 28 at Blenheim School, Leigh on Sea.

ACTIVITIES: Young people will develop their own role, devise lines and scenes and present these as a murder mystery to parents and friends.

PRESENTATION: 2.30 at Blenheim school. Entrance is £2. (under 18s free) The audience will watch the crime, question the suspects and decide whodunnit and why, with the best suggestion receiving a prize. We will provide light refreshments after the show.
Free entry to the presentation if in 1940`s costume! Prize for best costume

REQUIREMENTS / DRESS: Participants must wear plain black trousers and tops with footwear suitable for movement. Plimsolls, trainers or jazz shoes are best.. We will ask people to bring 40`s style costume, but we will provide some if preferred..

SECURITY If parents wish their older children to leave on their own we must have a dated and signed letter . Mobile phones must be switched off during the workshop. All staff are police checked. Children will not be allowed to leave the school during the day.

BEHAVIOUR Because we want to make sure that all the participants enjoy their day we require participants to join in, to co-operate with others and not to disrupt the session.
